Ken Goldstein, PE, CMC on
UNDERSTANDING ETHICS
AND PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
This month's program serves as the prototype for IMC's first online ethics training, developed specifically for practicing consultants. As the program's name implies, it is intended to help consultants become more comfortable, and make better decisions when confronted with ethical dilemmas. Based on the IMC USA Code of Ethics and its application to the real-world dilemmas, we will tackle common situations that we and our clients encounter.
In this presentation, learn:
- How to identify potential ethical issues
- Respond and address ethical issues before they engulf you and your client
Several cases involving situational ethics will be presented, along with some tips and guidelines for making better ethics-related decisions.
ATTENTION CMCs - if you are in the process of recertification, this workshop provides 2 of the 4 points required for ethics training.
