Institute of Management Consultants- San Diego Chapter (IMC-SD) invites all IMC members, interested professionals and companies to the IMC- SD 2006 Planning Session. The session will focus on the followings:
- IMC- SD Chapter overview
- Discuss what is working for the IMC-SD Chapter
- What does need to be improved
- Engaging IMC-SD members in the Chapter
- Members acquisition and retention
- Programs -- Speakers, topics, Chapter Meetings
- Relations with other professional associations
- Strategic Alliances: Sponsors, universities, professional associations, integration to the San Diego base companies, pro bono work
- IMC-SD Consulting Consortium- "San Diego Consulting Group"
- Succession planning and volunteers
It has been demonstrated time and again that the best way to get value from your membership in IMC is to PARTICIPATE. If you have thoughts, ideas, and recommendation about how IMC- San Diego Chapter would serve your needs, the business community, and management consulting profession, this is the time to let us know. Please come and share your insight. |
