About Mr. Zybelman:
From 1973 through 1990, Mr. Zybelman was the managing partner of Zybelman, Paluso, Alter, Graham and Sceper, a law firm emphasizing transactional and business litigation. Mr. Zybelman currently serves as President of Primary Provider Management Company, Inc. (PPMC) and most recently Vice Chairman of Emerald Holdings, Inc. He is responsible for the management and long-term growth of a multi-layered, managed care organization that serves nearly 250,000 people throughout California. Mr. Zybelman also serves as Executive Vice-President and Director of three independent practice associations: Vantage Medical Group, Inc., serving more than 100,000 current members with annual revenues in excess of $40,000,000, and Mission Medical Group of the Inland Empire, serving more than 30,000 current members with annual revenues in excess of $10,000,000 and Desert Family Practice Associates. He also currently serves as a Director of MMFX Steel, a new nano technology steel company and a consultant to Emerald Holdings, Inc., a company sold in June 2005 of which Mr. Jay Zybelman was a principal.
