Gregg Ward, CMC
Driving the Business Case for Internal and External Diveristy |
Gregg
Ward, CMC - known on the speaking circuit as the “Straight-White-Guy-With-The-Diversity-Eye”
- will drive home the business case for valuing and
leveraging internal and external diversity in a compelling,
fact-driven interactive presentation that goes way beyond
the traditional diversity warm-n-fuzzies. With major
corporate clients like AXA, Ford, Harley-Davidson and
Merck Medco, Ward knows what he’s talking about
and will advise on what to say to the CEO about how
diversity is linked directly to the bottom line so that
he (and it’s almost always a ‘he’)
will totally “get it.” |

Gregg
Ward, CMC is a consultant and trainer on diversity,
leadership and change and the national expert in the
use of live, professional theater, interactive facilitation
and experiential learning as a workplace training
